Gathering experiences with negative behaviour in the OR

Dear colleagues,
Teamwork has been shown to be an important predictor of surgical outcomes. Communication between team members is recognized as an essential skill in the promoting teamwork and the culture of safety.  The impact of different behaviors on teamwork has been not been well studied in the perioperative period.
Researchers at the University of Manitoba and collaborating institutions (University of British Columbia, University of Washington at St. Louis, and the University of Michigan) invite you to complete a survey regarding intraoperative behaviors of various professionals, including anesthesiologists, nurses, surgeons, and operating room technicians.
